The web page with URL address [https://www.areopagiticum.org] (the “Web”) provides access to information and services (hereinafter, the “Content”) belonging to the FUNDACIÓN AREOPAGITICUM (hereinafter, “AREOPAGITICUM” ).

This Legal Notice (hereinafter, the “Legal Notice”) establishes the conditions that regulate the use of the Content that AREOPAGITICUM makes available to users through the Web.

The aspects related to the treatment of the personal data of the users for the use of the Web are regulated in the Privacy Policy.

The institutions and authors who have given their authorization regarding the contributions to be included in AREOPAGITICUM, guarantee the originality of their contributions and the ownership of them. The AREOPAGITICUM Academic Committee will not be responsible for the alleged infringement of third party rights. Any third party that considers that their rights have been affected by the contents published in AREOPAGITICUM, may request the Director to modify or cancel them, indicating in detail the basis for their request, which must be sent to frontdesk@areopagiticum.org

 

Jurisdiction and applicable laws

The law applicable to this Legal Notice will be the law of the Argentine Republic. The controversies that may arise between the USER and AREOPAGITICUM will be resolved by the competent courts and tribunals in accordance with the applicable legislation.

 

General caveat

AREOPAGITICUM will pursue the breach of these conditions, as well as any improper use of the Web, exercising all legal actions that may correspond by law.

 

In the event that any of the provisions contained in this Legal Notice is declared totally or partially null and void, it will be withdrawn or replaced. In any case, said declaration of nullity will not affect the validity of the rest of the provisions contained in this Legal Notice.
